Raw Energy Non Carni-balls (by Olga Job, MBA, CHC, INHC)

Ingredients:

  • 1/2 bag of 100% Walnuts (Half a bag of AH brand)
  • 1/2 bag of 100% Pecans (Half a bag of AH brand)
  • 1 cup of 100% Dates
  • 1/2 cup Figs
  • 1/2 cup Mulberries (Half a bag Bio AH brand)

For Rolling:

  • Raw Organic Cacao Powder
  • Raw Organic Maca Powder
  • Shredded Raw Coconut (Bio AH brand)
  • Hemp Seeds  (Bio AH brand)
  • Sesame Seeds (AH brand)

Instructions:

  • Prepare the Dry Ingredients: In a food processor, combine the raw walnuts, pecans, dates, figs, and mulberries. Blend until the mixture reaches a coarse, sticky consistency.
  • Form the Balls: Using your hands or a scoop device, take small portions of the blended mixture and roll them into balls. The size of the balls can be as per your preference.
  • Roll in Toppings: Place each of the rolling ingredients (raw cacao, maca, shredded coconut, hemp seeds, sesame seeds) in separate bowls/plate. Roll each ball in one or more of these toppings until well coated. Feel free to get creative and make different combinations for variety.
  • Chill (Optional): While these energy balls can be eaten immediately, for a firmer texture, place them in the refrigerator for an hour or so. This step is optional but helps the balls hold together better and intensifies the flavors.
  • Serve and Store: Enjoy these Raw Energy Non Cari-balls as a quick snack or energy booster. Store any leftovers in an airtight container.
