Homemade Hummus

Hummus is a great way to add as a side dish or to increase your plant based protein in a fun way. A lot of people don’t realize it’s so easy to make, especially if you want to create something on the go.

Today I want to share my easy to make plant based hummus that you can make in a blender!

  1. 2 cups canned chick-peas or 2 cups cooked chickpeas.

  2. 2 tablespoons tahini.

  3. 4 tablespoons olive oil.

  4. 14 cup warm water.

  5. 1 large head of garlic.

  6. 1 lemon, juice of.

  7. 14 teaspoon sea salt.

Blend all ingredients in a blender and give it your own personal spin!

I added Black Lava Salt instead for added flavor and nutrients plus sun-dried tomatoes to garnish. You can use your own creativity to create something that you’ll enjoy!
