Bored of “eating healthy’? Why does it has to be if we can make it fun? 2020 has taught us that health is number 1 so we better just make it more fun and be happier. 

 

Health is not just about eating fruits and vegetables, it is also about having a positive mindset, a healthy emotional state, learning how we can manifest things in our life and obtain the adequate motivation towards a better future.

Fruit Salad Smoothie Recipe

Ingredients:
Smoothie (all organic ingredients)
Blend
  • 2 cups Fresh Red beet juice 
  • 1 cup Coconut Milk
  • 1 cup fresh Strawberries
  • 1 cup fresh Mangos
  • Handful of fresh Spinach 
  • 1/2 banana (save the other half for the skewers)
  • 1 Tablespoon Peanut butter (to add healthy fats which will aid in nutrition absorption)
  • 2 Tablespoon Chaga Powder (number one most powerful immune system herb on earth)
  • 1 Tablespoon Cinnamon (helps to balance blood sugar levels, thus reducing cravings)
Fruit Skewers:
  • Cut mangos, bananas, strawberries, blueberries, redcurrant berries (your favorite fruits) and add them to wooden skewers. I added additional lime and redcurrant for decoration.
