Preparing for Your Journey

Please bring a yoga mat, cushion, blanket (optional) for your comfort, light clothing, and mosquito spray. Take note: we will be walking throughout the park, so wear comfortable easy shoes. Personal items like heart-connected crystals are welcome, enhancing your connection to the ceremony. Avoid taking any other caffeinated beverages the day of the event (such as coffee, sodas, chocolate, caffeinated teas), and avoid wearing strong perfumes to fully embrace the sacred space.
